My name is Jim Morski. I was born near Detroit, Michigan, and grew up in a western suburb, Livonia. I went to college at Michigan State University and received a BS in packaging. Following graduation, I moved to Chicago, where I had a couple of odd jobs before starting work as a paraprofessional at a therapeutic day school. I worked at the school for two years, during which time I began work on my Master's degree in mathematics education. Prior to teaching at Kendall, I taught for 2 years at Wright Community College here in Chicago. Some of my hobbies include playing ultimate Frisbee, biking, and going to concerts.<br />

My name is Margaux Le Tarnec. I'm French, I was born in Paris, but I grew up in Picardie a “beautiful” French countryside, it’s about one hour away from Paris.<br />
I ‘m transferred from Glion (Switzerland), so I’m only here for 6 months, and it’s my last quarter. I’m in Hospitality, I don’t know exactly what I want to do after graduation, but I still have one year to decide. I did two internships: the first one in Cannes (Cote d’Azur) in France, and the second one in Shanghai. My experience in China was amazing, I really loved it, and I want to go back there.<br />

My name is Theo Laborey. I was born 20 years ago in Paris, France where I was also raised. After graduating from high school, I started to study in Glion, Institue of Higher Education in Switzerland. I had the chance to do two internships: the first one took place in Geneva, Switzerland and the second one in Beijing, People’s Republic of China. After graduating, I want to go back to Asia but to a different location and work for a couple of years. Then, I will most probably go back to school and earn a Master. I have a boring goldfish in Paris, but I would rather have a turtle instead. I also worked in an antic shop in Paris; hence I am interested in visiting Art galleries, museums and architecture. My hobbies include analog photography, music (Classical, Jazz, Motown, and Electro), cinema, and biking.<br />

My name is Ryan Jordan. I was born in the State of New Jersey and was raised in Mt Clemens, Michigan. After high school I spent some time at Macomb Community College studying graphic arts as well as business administration. After some traveling and general tom foolery, I then decided to finish my undergraduate at Kendall College. I currently have one year until the completion of my Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food and Beverage. After graduation I am looking forward to working in the restaurant industry, ultimately owning and operating my own restaurants. I would like to use my future business endeavors to encourage and enable entrepreneurial initiatives in places around the world where such encouragement is not commonly found. Although school and work often occupy most of my time, I also enjoy music, hunting, fishing as well as most any sport or activity involving the outdoors.<br />

My name is Daniel, Im from Poland (born and raised), not like the rest of Chicago. Im studying hospitality in Les Roches Switzerland. The school is located on a mountain in the middle of nowhere so Im really enjoyin the city of Chicago. I did my first intern in Prague, Czech Republic and my second one back home. I wanna graduate soon get a good management intern for a year, preferrably in New Orleans and then do my masters. I love almost all genres of music, mainly jazz, hip-hop and alternative. Im a big fan of boxing, myself i really enjoy playin speedball and Im also angry at the fact that squash is not very popular in this city.<br />

Hello my name is Katelyn Kurt and I am a senior here at Kendall College. I am a culinary turned business student because of my interest in marketing and branding. I would love to go into event planning one day and deal with mostly corporate events. I am originally burned and raise in Ohio but lived most of my life in Lambertville Michigan. I love sports and played all kinds but my favorite was rowing and will some time skull in the summer. I love fashion, going to shows, and bulls games. I probably spend most of my income and concerts and festivals I come from a family of three girls, my two older sisters Anneke and Amanda. Hello my name is Mayra, I'm 22 years old. I'm from Mexico, from a small city called Morelia. After graduating from high school I took a year off in which I did language courses in London and after in Nice, France, which made me realize that I wanted to study in Europe. Then I began my studies in Les Roches International School of Hotel Management , in the boring town of Bluche, Switzerland. Now I'm a transfer student for 6 months and after I will go back to Switzerland for a year. I have done two internships, the first one in Cascais, Portugal and the second one in Cancun, Mexico. After graduating I want to find a job in London, a city I fell in love with. My hobbies: reading, especially fantasy novels ( I am a big Harry Potter fan), biking, videogames and travelling.<br />

I've then moved to Angola, Vietnam and Cameroon before going back to Switzerland when I was 12 for 4 years. After that my father went abroad again so I've resided in the Philippines and now in Kenya but I would always go back to Switzerland to school where I am currently enrolled at Glion/ LRG Institute of Higher Education for a hospitality bachelor degree. For the 6th academic semester there was an opportunity to study 6-month at Kendall, this is why I am in Chicago. After graduation I have no concrete plan of what I am going to do, I still have one year to figure it out. Other than that I enjoy Tennis, reading, diving, trying new restaurants, traveling, modern and surrealism art, I am always up to meet new people, places and activities. :)</span><br />

Hello! My name is Tina Piggee and I am in the Hospitality program here at Kendall. My concentration is in event and meeting planning. Although most of my courses are online, this is one of two courses I am taking on campus this quarter. I have just under a year left until graduation so I am pretty excited about that. I currently live in a west suburb of Chicago. I am a mother of a four-year-old daughter and I am currently expecting my second child in the early part of June. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my daughter showing her the world, attending live sporting events, going out to eat and shopping!<br />

I was born near Chicago, and lived about 48% of my life in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, 47% in the Chicagoland area, and roughly 5% elsewhere. My house was never too consistent – more hoping back and forth and from there to there. In fact, if I stay in Chicago until I graduate (four years), it will be the longest time I have ever stayed in one city, state and country. As of now, I am pursuing a degree in business with a concentration in psychology. Most of my free time is used up by playing drums, pickup games of any sport, watching Netflix, and spending time with my dog.</span><br />

I'm a single parent of two my son is fourteen and my daughter is 14. I recently graduated from Lecordon Bleu College of culinary arts. So, far my experience here at kendall is everything I thought it would be. My career as a chef started about ten years ago. The reason I started Kendall college is because I no longer wanna be a chef since I've achieved that goal already. In the next couple of years I plan on being a consultant for a restraunt or managing one. My most recent accomplishment was I purchased my first house. Hello everyone! My name is Lena Judek and I was born in Costa Rica. When I was 5 I moved to Costa Rica with my parents and my brother and I have lived there every since. I studied hotel management at Les Roches in Switzerland and I did a couple of internships in Italy, Saint Barth and in Costa Rica. Now I'm here doing my bachelor and specializing in hotels &amp; lodging and meetings &amp; events. In my free time I like to be in the nature or with animals. I also like to run, do acrobatics in the air, dance and I absolutely love yoga. In January I did my yoga teacher training, so I can now give yoga classes. Hello everyone!!! My name is Leonardo but feel free to call me Leo. I am born in Rome, Italy but since when I was 1 year old I lived in different countries due to my father job. Angola, Honduras, Turkey and Venezuela are some of the countries where I lived. I have done the High school in Italy and than after a very bad experience with the Italian University education system I decided to start a new adventure and study Hospitality in Les Roches Switzerland (best choice ever made). During my studies I have done two internships one in Florence and the other one in London, both very good experience especially the one in London which is my favorite city off course after Chicago. My family at the moment live in Caracas but I always consider Rome my home. I used to be a windsurfer and I love all sort of water sports but I have to admit that in the last few years I have been very lazy probably I am getting old and play cards with friends with a nice wine or watch a movie are my favorite activity to relax.<br />

Hello everybody.. My Name is Lefke, 22 years old and I am from Germany. I am an exchange student from Les Roches (Switzerland) and therefore only here in Chicago for 6 months. I grew up in a small village in the north of Germany and lived there all my life until I started studying at Les Roches 3 years ago. In these three years I have lived in Switzerland and worked in France and Fiji, but it were always small places. So living in a big city now is very different for me, but I love that it only takes me 5min to go to a shop instead of a whole journey! This is my last quarter at Kendall, but I still have 1 year left of studies when I am back in Switzerland. I'm not sure about what will happen after my studies, but there's still some time left..<br />

Hello all, My name is Andrew Pickard. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor,Michigan and lived there a majority of my life until I moved to Chicago a few years ago.<br />
Having grown up in Ann Arbor and my Whole family attending the University of Michigan I am a huge UofM football fan, also a die hard Detroit fan. I went to a huge high school in Ann Arbor called Pioneer where my graduating class was almost the size of all the kendall students. I chose to keep cooking once I graduated high school and was a line cook at a restaurant called the Earle for almost 7 years. I then decided to get my act together and go back to school a few years ago. My major at Kendall is Hospitality Management, specifically focusing on hotels and lodging.<br />
